[Mégane II] Problème avec l'injection system?

Hello to all, I am a Megane II 1.6 owner from Greece. I have no knowledge of French, so I write this in English and translated French (by SYSTRAN).
I have the following problem:
About one and a half month ago, I tried to start the car but it would start and then the engine would switch off after a few seconds. If I kept revving it, for a minute or so, everything was fine. I went to my dealer, and they said it was a problematic "valve" in the injection system. It was replaced and everything has been fine since then.
But, 4 days ago, I noticed something strange and troubling: I started the car normally, took it out of the garage (10 meters distance) and switched off the engine. I then got out to close the garage door and went back to the Megane. I pressed the START button and the engine switched on,but very roughly, not smoothly like it does every time. Scared, I switched it off and on again, and everything was fine. Since then, I perform this routine every day (unparking the car, switching off, and closing the garage) and the second ignition is always rough. For the rest of the day, everything's fine. I can try the same thing without moving the car (switch on and off the engine) but the problem does not appear. I should note that I hadn't tried this before (we moved to a new house recently with a garage, but I always left the engine on while closing the door). Should I be concerned about this, or is this normal?

J'ai le problème suivant:
Environ un et il y a demi de mois, j'ai essayé de mettre en marche la voiture mais elle commencerait et alors le moteur commuterait au loin après quelques secondes. Si je continuais à revving le, pendant une
minute ou ainsi, tout était très bien. Je suis allé chez mon revendeur, et ils ont dit que c'était une "valve" problématique dans le système d'injection. Il a été remplacé et tout a été bon depuis lors.
Mais, il y a 4 jours, j'ai noté quelque chose de étrange et préoccuper : J'ai mis en marche la voiture normalement, l'ai prise hors du garage (10 mètres de distance) et ai commuté outre du moteur. Je suis alors sorti pour fermer la porte de garage et suis allé de nouveau au Megane. J'ai serré le bouton marche et le moteur alimentés, mais très rudement, pas sans à-coup comme lui chaque fois. Effrayé, je l'ai isolé et et encore, et tout était très bien. Depuis lors, j'exécute cette routine chaque jour (unparking la voiture, coupant, et fermant le garage) et le deuxième allumage est toujours rugueux. Pour le reste du jour, tout très bien. Je peux essayer la même chose sans déplacer la voiture (commutateur en marche et en arrêt le moteur) mais le problème n'apparaît pas. Je devrais noter que je n'avais pas essayé ceci avant (nous nous sommes déplacés à une nouvelle maison récemment avec un garage, mais à moi toujours à gauche le moteur dessus tout en fermant la porte). Est-ce que je devrais suis être préoccupé par ceci, ou cette normale?
